소개
A small, slender cyprinid from freshwater streams of East Asia. Closely related to other Abbottina species with cryptic brownish coloration and bottom-dwelling habits, feeding on invertebrates and detritus in silty substrates.
Physical Description
Coloration
Pale olive-gray to yellowish body with a dark brown mid-lateral stripe running from snout to tail base; back darker brownish-olive; belly pale cream; small bottom-dwelling gudgeon form.
Habitat & Distribution
Freshwater rivers and streams of East Asia. Likely a bottom-dweller in sandy or gravelly substrates typical of the Abbottina cyprinid genus.

Endemic to the Binhai River drainage in northeastern China. Inhabits shallow, slow-flowing freshwater streams with sandy or gravelly substrates in temperate lowland habitats of Liaoning and Hebei provinces.
