Species Overview
Plecostomus
The common pleco is a large armored catfish native to South America. Often purchased as an algae eater, it can outgrow most home aquariums. Its sucker-like mouth allows it to rasp algae from surfaces and anchor itself in fast-flowing currents.
Striped Bass
The striped bass is an anadromous species native to the Atlantic coast of North America. It migrates seasonally along the coast and up rivers to spawn, providing exceptional fishing from surf, boat, and shore.
